Do you second guess your own memory?

This guide is the thing I wish someone had handed me.

It's short - about a 10 minute read.  It names what's happening in plain language, gives you three things you can do this week, and doesn't ask you to make a single decision about your life.

It's a quick download for you to save - safely - where ever you can.

Who wrote it?

I did.

I'm Judy.

I got out.

I wrote a book under the pen name of Hope Maris.

I wrote songs to tell my story and to lift me up from the depths when there was no one else.

This guide is the short version of what I wish I'd known at the start.

Three things women ask me...

Is this therapy?

No. This is peer support and educational content from someone with lived experience — not therapy, counselling or treatment. If you need someone right now, the 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline is there any hour: call or text 988. In Nova Scotia, the Transition House Association line is 1-855-225-0220, free and 24 hours.

Will you email me constantly?

Five emails over ten days, then once a week.

One click to unsubscribe, no login, no questions.

Will anyone see this?

Emails arrive from Hope’s Way 2 Wings. That’s what shows in your inbox — nothing about abuse or recovery appears in the sender name or the subject line. If you share a device or an account, that matters, and I’ve set it up that way on purpose.
